GiftKart is provided for browsing and ordering gifts, including customized products, for personal use. You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order.
Customized orders (calligraphy text, photos, names) are made specifically for you based on the details you provide. Please double-check spelling and details before confirming — customized products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. GiftKart does not store your card, UPI, or bank details.
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, but delivery times may vary due to courier delays, location, or order volume.
All app content, designs, and branding belong to GiftKart. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
GiftKart is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Star ratings shown on products reflect genuine feedback from customers of our offline shop, as well as comments and reviews received through our social media pages, which we have added to the app on their behalf. An in-app review and rating system, where you can leave your own reviews directly, is coming soon.
