When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. When you place an order, we collect your delivery address, phone number, and, for customized products, any photo you choose to upload.
We use this information to create your account, process and deliver orders, send order-status updates, and let you save addresses for faster checkout. We do not use your data for advertising.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly and shares with us only the payment confirmation needed to fulfill your order.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you order updates and occasional announcements. You can disable notifications anytime in your device settings.
Your profile and order data are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and on your device. Addresses, cart, and wishlist are also kept locally on your device so the app works smoothly offline.
If you upload a photo for a customized product, we access your gallery or camera only with your permission, and only to attach that image to your order.
We never sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app — Google (sign-in, push notifications), Firebase (storage), and Razorpay (payments) — strictly to provide their service to you.
You can log out at any time, which removes your saved profile and addresses from this device. To request deletion of your account data from our servers, contact us using the email below.
Gift Kart is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
